From Workshop was born 15 years in South East London. We were a small team of creative individuals, who wanted to be different: thinking and designing outside the box. We searched for unique materials and innovative solutions in industrial, as well as domestic projects. Reclaimed wood, rough metalwork and ideas of our amazing customers became our greatest inspiration.

Our goal was not only to build successful company but also to fulfill our passion. By bringing together innovation, progressive design, sustainability and quality, we have created a business where people thrive.

Today, with a brand-new workshop (Sevenoaks, Kent), state of the art equipment, dedicated designers and skilled craftsmen we can take your project to the next level. Our team goes by a motto: if we can draw it, we can build it. From high street retailers to individual homeowners, we have something to offer for everyone.

At From Workshop, we never ask how much the project is worth, but how does it make us feel. We found this recipe to be completely future proof and the best way to lead an inspired life.

Over the years we have been involved in many exciting and challenging projects – from shop fittings of high street brands such as White Stuff and Borough Market in London, to custom made kitchens, furniture and product development. In the process we have learnt new skills and acquired the latest technology to make it all happen. You’ve probably seen our work without even realising it, if you have ever visited shops such as White Stuff, Godiva, The White Company, Borough Market, The World of Interiors, Terra Terra, Wine Box Company and many more. 

During 2020, when retail world stood still, we faced many obstacles and were hit by uncertainty. Nevertheless, we found new energy in the crisis and decided to use this time creatively. After many months of prototyping and testing, our brand new range - PLY GYM was born.
